MD jobs plus is dedicated to linking physicians to the job they want according to their specification. We have come up with a very productive system that ensure that resorces are directed towards achieving results.
We do not maintain a data base of jobs as other recruiting firms do. What we do is a real time search for jobs that meets the needs of the physician as soon as we get a request. Once we uncover jobs that meets the physician's need, we inform the physician and help him or her with making arrangements for an interview and any other requirement.
However, during our job search, we also come across excellent opportunities which might not necessarily meet the requirements of the present search in terms of specialty, schedule etc, but might be excellent for another doctor who is registered with us.
We pass this information on immediately to the physician, and through this process everything is kept current, physicians are placed quickly and hospitals meet their recruiting requirements.
