MD jobs plus is dedicated to matching physicians to the job they want according to their specification. We have come up with a very productive system that ensures that our resources are directed towards achieving results.
We do not maintain a database of jobs as other recruiting firms do. What we do is real time search for jobs that meets the needs of the physician. Once we uncover jobs that meets the physician's need, we inform the physician, and if they would want to explore it further, help them with making arrangements for an interview and any other requirement.
However, during our job search, we come across excellent opportunities which might not necessarily meet the requirements of the present search in terms of location, schedule etc, but might be excellent for another physician.
